There was lots of fun for William with children's archery at Lilies. There was lots of excitement and enthusiasm.
He's not sure when we're going to be able to have practices with all the activities and events, but he's happy to host shooting at his place if anyone wants to email him and set something up.
We need articles and reports, Lillies pictures, etc. Start sending stuff now. Publication target is July 12th.
We need to finalize fees for the Mews ad and that will be done tonight.

Juliana didn't make it to the Chatelaine meeting at Lilies, but she and Jutte did help with the tours.
Planning National Night Out will be the first Tuesday in August as usual. No official word yet, though.
We got our check from Hampton School for our demo there.
The Un-Faire was quiet but nice. The weather was perfect and a few people day-tripped it.

The 4H group does not want us in their room, but if there are things that we want to use out of there, they will set them out for us if we give them a list.
Wylde Nept is only charging $500 (instead of the usual $1000) and Vincent is planning to cover it, but will accept contributions.
We agree to have no site charge for the band members and one guest each as part of their re-imbursement for playing.
They can pay for their own feast if they wish to partake.
They usually play a 4-hour set starting at 9pm, but we might want to start sooner since we may need to troll people in just for the concert.
Speaking of which, what sort of fee do we want to charge for people who only come for the concert? Same fee as everyone else with NMS. Planning to use the Inn stage.
Troll close at 1 or 2pm and re-open at 6-7 pm?
We'll need the event webpage to be more informative than usual for the non-SCAers who may be coming - garb, chairs, motels.
Emphasize crash space for people driving home.
Will want the parking field extra-well mowed.
A few canine activities being planned, probably in the beef barn area.
Children's archery at noon, but no loaner gear. Kirke has some gear for his kids.
Thrown weapons will be run by Hanne, probably similar schedule to last year.
