Event Wrap-up

Attendance: 65 with 61 adults, and 4 children. 35 paid for feast. Gida has to mail the sign-in sheets yet.

Site Fees: $610 adults + ? children

Feast expenses: $324.85 and $10.95 = $335.80. $350 paid for feast.

Inn expenses: $255.29 + $18.45 = $273.74; Donations: $414

Silent Auction Income: $150 + $100 + camp kitchen pending -> we agree to give proceeds to American Cancer Society

A&S Classes: Brighid will be sending in the RUSH class rosters.

Gida and Juliana working on the bid for Kingdom A&S next September, in which case we wouldn’t have an official St. Augustine’s Fair.
