At The Table:

  • Assorted butters: store-purchased butter, honey (not in all butters)
  • Breads: flour, salt, yeast [all], rosemary [some], cake flour, spelt [spelt bread]

First Board:

  • Chicken and Lentil Stew: butter, chicken thighs and breast, leeks, garlic, barley, red wine vinegar, bay leaves, sage
  • Pickled carrots, onions: brown mustard seeds, whole Tallycherry peppercorns, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf
  • Pickled Mushrooms: white mushrooms, apple cider vinegar, salt, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, whole Tallycherry peppercorns
  • Pickled Beets: sugar, apple cider vinegar, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, beets
  • Currant rolls: frozen, commercially prepared rolls, honey, currants

Second Board:

  • Brined and roasted pork loin: [Brine] Salt, sugar, ground black pepper, whole mustard seeds, mace, sage, garlic, shallots, lemon peel
  • Mustard sauce: olive oil, garlic cloves, white wine, vegetable broth, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, rosemary, black pepper
  • Saffron Rice: saffron, basmati rice, salt, olive oil, yellow onion, commercial vegetable stock
  • Roasted root vegetables: parsnips, turnips, kohlrabi, salt, pepper, rosemary, canola oil
  • Cucumber Salad: cucumbers, red onion, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper

Dessert:

Cookies with currant jam

  • Cookies: Butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt
  • Jam filling: Currants, sugar, water, lemon peel
