A&S Minister: we are finishing up the hats. Please send pictures/project reports for her quarterly report.
June’s Business Meeting is postponed due to Lilies and will be combined with the A&S meeting.
CalonCon will be in person in Axed Root on June 28th.
Archery: we have bows, arrows, axes, knives and butts. He is happy to do another archery practice at the project weekend.
Exchequer: we have money. She has heard back from the Kingdom Exchequer on her first report, so hopefully that went through. Villa Frumemtaria has cashed the check into their new account.
Event stuff: Gobban is going to get serious about recruiting at/after Lilies. Gida wants ideas for foods. She is going to sponsor a Love Subtleties Competition – PG-rated. 10th Anniversary = Tin, something?
We need to get serious about a bid for a Kingdom Event. Queen’s Prize would be April. Kingdom A&S would be end of September. We vote to bid for Queen’s prize.
July 12th, Coeur d’Ennui is hosting coronation and is hoping we can help with lunch inn because their original options has backed out. Unfortunately, being a month before our event and everything else going on, we don’t think we can do it.
