Deputy Web Minister: nothing new, if we want to do shire emails we can get a new domain name, so Sofya will look into what names are available
Chronicler: he’s got some submissions, but not sure how to put it into a newletter
Archery: nothing new for the Shire, but working on getting some archery butts for Lilies from his work
Exchequer: working on the transition from Avelyn to Gwyn, Gwyn will send a letter of intent to get warranted
Chatelaine: RodCon demo in Cedar Falls on Saturday April 5th.
A&S: no meeting this month because of Thanksgiving. Stasi is moving north, so share ideas with Brigida, and be thinking if anyone wants to step up. Brighid is pondering, but her life may be going elsewhere, too.
Event Planning: First Methodist MC: dry site, sanctuary $150, small sanctuary $50, fellowship hall, our meeting area with kitchen, classrooms $25 each; good parking, electric chair lift and elevator, a couple of handicap bathrooms. So Gida will get the information for the main sites organized and send to the email group.
Holiday Party – Park House, January 25th c. 6:30 pm, garb, potluck, $15-ish gift exchange. After the project party.
