Brigida is going to over-dye the cloths that we use to line our runza baskets (because they’re getting stained).
Attendance: 50-something. Gate proceeds:
Total event income = $1584. Total event costs = ~$1506. ~$70 profit
Feast sold 36 to fill 6 tables. Budget: $600. Income: $360 Costs: $600 We were $240 over budget. Need to restock: disposable cutting mats, proper new cutting board, oven thermometer (Gida will donate one), bandaids. We vote to have Stasi restock those things.
Inn income: $412. Inn costs: ~$360
Inn trays: 237 left. Plenty of spoons. Need a few forks. More crock pot liners. New cutting board mats.
Silent auction proceeds: $242. Juliana has moved that we donate the difference to get a round $300 because that’s what one bed takes for Beds for Kids. Motion approved.
Queen’s Prize: probably want to put together another cooking day (or two). Site token: tiny bottles of spice blend? Stasi’s pork blend, “poudre forte”, Greek seasoning, give a choice?
